Czech crew Zapletal-Ourednicek is getting back in a great form after a year racing pause due to the heavy crash during rally DAKAR2009.
Zapletal with his new factory BMW X3 finished the race in Poland Stalowa Wola as a winner with a large jump more than 7 minutes. Mirek Zapletal also gave no chance to B. Szalay – an incumbent champion of Hungary. (Mirek „Zapi“ Zapletal is Champion of Hungary 2009)
This race is counted in FIA Central Europe Zone, International Championship of Czech Republic and Championship of Poland and Hungary as well.
Other crews of OffroadSport team also reached nice positions. Pelc –Pelcová (Mitsubishi Pajero) – the 5. th position and Poland crew Sobecki – Marton ( Mitsubishi Pajero) - the 7.th position.
Miroslav Zapletal noted:„ Here are the best routes in Central Europe. We also won this race in 2009 with Mitshubishi Pajero. This year we arrived with our new BMW, because we wanted to test how new engine setup and new water-cooled brakes will work. We are very happy with this gold – result.“
Navigator Tomas Ourednicek added: „ This is the best car which I have ever sat in. Great technique, great pilot – it gives a hope for a great result!"
